Sajid is a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and a  graduate from Stanford University in California and IIT Bombay, where he served as the General Secretary. Previously he worked in investment banking, venture capital and consumer tech startups and is passionate about using technology to create impact. While he's not by his laptop, he loves traveling, beaches and fitness.

Darshna  is  Director,  Operations and a founding team member at DGF. She has been part of IIM-A  based incubator, CIIE's  Social initiative, Aarohan and  a  Startup hub, Headstart network. After more than 5 years of experience  in Marketing and Operations   she   choose   to  be   part  of a social entrepreneurship venture. As a former IDEX Fellow, she worked at grass-root level got certified in social entrepreneurship  from Monterey Institute,California.

Swati Vempati is Director, Partnership and Growth at DGF. She is a marketing and strategy professional with 5 years of experience and has been previously associated with FINO PayTech Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Deepak Foundation and Centre for World Solidarity. She has completed her Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She believes that social change is a collaborative effort and is always eager to connect with people from different walks of life to take this idea forward.

Noshir has been the Chief Executive of the Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy (CAP) since its inception in 1986. CAP has been a dependable and credible resource for guidance on all legal, governance and related issues pertaining to the non-profit sector in India for over 26 years. In his capacity as CEO, Noshir is consulted for advice on matters such as the choice of set-up of non-profit organizations, integrated legal and fiscal compliances, tax exemptions and deductions, Foreign Contributions Regulatory Act (FCRA) and good governance best practices.
