Recruiting Strategy

Description

Our open volunteer season runs from October - March. We seek to fill 12 seats each season with volunteers who have experience in a variety of fields ranging from organic gardening to marketing. We are in need of a recruiting strategy to achieve annual success.

The ashram is just beginning to grow. The recruiting strategy will play a large part in the trajectory the NGO takes into a future of great education projects.
